Park Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been under new ownership since 2001. We are a 200-bed rehabilitative and nursing-skilled care residential facility. We have been successfully renovating our home to feel more like your home, with warm colors, multiple hues of wallpapers, and decorative ornaments to create a cozy atmosphere.

We are conveniently located on the Bronx Westchester border, across from the sprawling Van Cortland Park, just minutes away from several major highways and mass transit.

Our activity staff provides schedules programs for the entertainment of our residents on a daily basis. Activities are thoughfully geared to the cognitive level of your loved one.

The newly remodeled Rehabilitation Department offers a full range of services such as Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy to improve the quality of life of our residents.

Park Garden's Social Services and  Administration Department are available to ease families concerns and needs, and to spend quality time dealing with residents daily matters.

Our Nursing Department does not limit itself to just the healing of the body. We strive to incorporate the mental and spiritual needs of our residents to achieve a sense of dignity for every person we care for.

The Dietary Department offer menu choices to enhance dining pleasure.
