An important component of our typical day is a well-balanced diet. Delicious nourishing meals are prepared in our extensive kitchens under the direction of a Certified Dietician served in our cheerful and accommodating Dining Room. Menus are prepared in 3 cycles (3 weeks) that offers a variety to account for tastes, ethnic preferences and individual medical needs. Each cycle consists of 7 daily menu plans offered in dietary variations such as regular: low (2 gm) sodium, chopped or pureed meals, and diabetic meals ranging in calories from 1200 to 2000. Residents may choose from hot or cold menus at breakfast, lunch and dinner. All menus provide a substitution and/or a second choice.
